Things people usually ask before ordering.
How big is it?
The disc is 160mm in diameter, printed in two colors on a base about 4mm thick. The data card that comes with it is printed on matte paper and sits underneath the disc in the frame.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
A lot of people don't. Without a birth time we can still calculate your planetary positions accurately, but the house system and ascendant won't be precise. We'll reach out before we start production if we need to clarify anything.
How long does it take to arrive?
We print and assemble each AstroFrame after you order, so production takes a few days. From there, shipping within the US usually takes 3 to 5 business days. International orders take longer and we'll give you a better estimate at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What materials are used?
The disc is printed in PLA Matte for the black base and Bronze PLA for the relief layer. The data card is printed on Canon matte photo paper. We picked these materials because of how they look together.
Can I order one as a gift?
Yes, and it's honestly one of the best gifts you can give someone. Just enter the recipient's birth details when you order. If you want a personal note included, mention it and we'll make it happen.
What's your return policy?
Because every AstroFrame is made specifically for one person, we don't accept returns unless there's a defect in the product. If something arrives damaged or wrong, reach out and we'll fix it.
